KTS Beauty Accountants

I was approached fantastic developers Octolabs to help them design a new beauty specific finance app for KTS Beauty Accountants. Having worked together in the past I jumped at the chance to take on this new and challenging project.

The brief was simple, create a user friendly workspace for beauticians and stylists that would allow them to manage all their finances in one central point.

KTS already already had an existing brand in place so I used their current look and feel, along with some visual requests from the client themselves, to create an environment within the app that would appeal to their target audience.

Functionality wise the app required a number of dedicated areas. A full sign up facility, dedicated client log in, accounts overview page and the ability to add expenses on the fly so the client can always be up to date with both incomings and outgoings.

Other features included a calendar to allow the client to remain in control of their time without having to refer to another app or an old fashioned diary system, and a summaries page to allow the client to view previous months allowing them to monitor progress.
